Support Miner Challenge on Thursday, March 6, by dining at Randy’s Roadkill BBQ between 5-8 p.m. No flyer is required for this night. Show up, eat and have a great time. Part of the proceeds will go to the team. Randy’s Roadkill is located 3.5 miles north of Rolla on Hwy E.

Looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for someone? Miner Challenge is selling assorted chocolate- and white chocolate-covered strawberries for $12 per dozen. The group will sell the strawberries on campus at the Curtis Laws Wilson Library and the Havener Center during the two weeks prior to Valentine’s Day. Pickups for the ordered strawberries will be on Friday, Feb. 14, in the Havener Center atrium. Contact Adam McMikle for more information or to order through email. All proceeds will help sponsor the group’s community service trips.

Stop by the Havener Center atrium from noon-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, to get your picture taken with Santa Claus. The cost is $5 and the proceeds support the Miner Challenge Alternative Spring Break trips to Biloxi, Miss., and the east coast. There will also be baked goods for sale.
