Nominations for Joe Mooney Distinguished Student Awards due March 1
The Joe Mooney Distinguished Student Award recognizes leadership and service by S&T students who are in their sophomore or junior years. One award is given to an outstanding member of a recognized student organization; another is given to an outstanding officer of a recognized student organization. Selected students will each receive $1,000. Nominations are due by Thursday, March 1. To submit a nomination, please visit the Miner Alumni Association website.

The Miner Alumni Association invites all faculty and staff to attend Homecoming 2017. On Friday, Oct. 27, you’re invited to the Miner Legends Luncheon in the Kinyon-Koeppel Grand Hall of Hasselmann Alumni House. Some of Missouri S&T’s most distinguished alumni will receive awards. The luncheon is noon-1:30 p.m. Tickets cost $20 each.
