Faculty regalia orders due Nov. 28
Faculty members can rent regalia for commencement through the S&T Store. Please place your order by Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the store, by calling 341-7522 or email at watsonl@mst.edu. Submit email orders to Linda Watson, retail associate, with the following information: last name, first name, phone number, height in feet and inches, weight in pounds, and school information (name and location). Payment is due at time of pickup. Orders submitted after the Nov. 28 deadline will be subject to a late fee and an expedited shipping fee.

The S&T Store will hold a grad fair 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, and Thursday, Oct. 19. Save 10 percent on caps and gowns, tassels and diploma frames. Meet with a Balfour ring and announcement representative. Visit with staff members from the registrar’s office and career opportunities and employer relations (COER). Enter to win a cap and gown set, diploma frame and other prizes.
Read More »Commencement ceremonies to include department, time changes
Beginning this semester, spring commencement ceremonies will include all bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. students from a department within the same ceremony. The morning ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. as it has in recent years. The afternoon ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. as in previous years. Please see the list below to find the ceremony for your academic program. The schedule is now as follows and is posted on the registrar’s website, registrar.mst.edu/commencement.
