Learn about microalgae on June 4
Dr. Hussein Znad, lecturer of chemical engineering at Curtin University in Perth, Australia, will present a lecture titled “Industrial and Environmental Applications of Microalgae: Challenges and Future Trends” 11 a.m.-noon Thursday, June 4, in Room B12-B Bertelsmeyer Hall. Missouri S&T’s Chem-E-Car Design Team earned second place in the poster competition this past weekend in the 2014 national Chem-E-Car Competition. The team competed against 32 other teams from around the U.S. and earned 16th place overall.
