  • Research findings by Dr. Charles Wojnar, assistant professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, are featured in the August 2017 issue of Aerospace & Defense Technology magazine. The article highlights Wojnar’s development of an experimental method for understanding solid propellant aging. His new method was picked up by the magazine after his paper, “Measuring Propellant Stress Relaxation Modulus Using a Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer,” was published in the Journal of Propulsion and Power.
