Counseling services to expand groups offered

Counseling services offers a variety of group therapy options for students including ADHD Support, Safety, Building Social Confidence, Miners for Recovery and Mood Management. Additionally, this week offerings are expanding to include Test Anxiety, Graduate Support, Body Image and Living with Loss. If you know of any students who might benefit from the existing or upcoming groups, please direct them to the counseling services office in 204 Norwood Hall or have them call 341-4211.

Emergency fund helps students

The S&T Student Emergency Fund assists S&T students by providing financial support with unexpected emergency expenses that greatly affect their lives, including their ability to be successful academically. The financial support from this fund allows students to have their needs met and continue their education. Funds may be used for situations including medical care or prescriptions, groceries, or essential academic expenses.

Open forum on activity analysis survey to be livestreamed

Associate provost for faculty affairs sought

A search committee has been created to assist in finding the next associate provost for faculty affairs at Missouri S&T, who will begin serving in that role Friday, June 1. The position will be a full-time equivalent (FTE) position with 80 percent of the time performing administrative duties as associate provost and 20 percent of the time serving as a faculty member in the individual’s home department. Proposal-writing bootcamp coming March 15
