Miner Rugby moves to the final four
S&T Rugby Club recently competed in the Sweet 16 and Quarterfinals of the D2 Collegiate Men’s National Championships. S&T’s team won 13-10 against Illinois State. The team is moving on to the national championship in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday, Dec. 7, and Sunday, Dec. 8.

The arts, languages and philosophy department will present its annual holiday concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, in Leach Theatre. The concert will feature performances by the University and Chamber choirs, directed by Lorie Francis, and the Symphony Orchestra, directed by Dr. Kyle Wernke.

Missouri S&T’s basketball teams will open their Great Lakes Valley Conference schedules tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 3) when they host Maryville University at Gibson Arena. The women’s game between the Miners and Saints will start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m.
