Do you have a history of chronic dieting or eating when stressed, bored or unhappy? Enroll in Eat for Life now and create a healthier relationship to your food, mind and body.

Online classes start Friday, Sept. 18. The cost is $50 for faculty and staff and their families. A $20 rebate is offered for full participation. The class is $180 for community members.

Interviews will take place 10-10:50 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5; Thursday, Aug. 6; and Friday, Aug. 7, in the Ozark Room of the Havener Center. Each candidate will provide a 20-minute presentation with an additional 30 minutes for questions.

Last PRO session Aug. 15

The final Preview, Registration and Orientation (PRO) session for 2015 will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, in the Havener Center. Incoming students will learn about student life, meet with their S&T advisors, take the math placement exam and register for fall classes. After attending PRO, new students will participate in Opening Week activities to prepare for the first day of classes on Monday, Aug. 24.
