Writing consultations will be available beginning Monday, Jan. 23. Consultants can provide feedback and guidance on any document for any class — and it is free. The Writing Center offers:
- Scheduled consultations, available 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays in the Writing Center, located in Room 113 of the Campus Support Facility
- Walk-in assistance, 4-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, in the Residential Commons
- Walk-in assistance, 1-5 p.m. Sundays in the Writing Center, Room 113 of the Campus Support Facility
Flu shots available at Student Health Complex
Missouri S&T received its first documented case of influenza for the season. There are still a limited number of flu shots available on a walk-in basis at the Student Health Complex. Flu shot prices are discounted at $10.
Yearly flu shots are recommended for individuals age 6 months and older. The student health staff recommends all S&T students get a flu shot for two reasons:

Based on the hit TV show, “Minute to Win It,” the Student Union Board (SUB) will bring similar games to S&T 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.
