The S&T Store encourages customers to shop during Missouri’s tax-holiday weekend, Aug. 3-5. Certain back-to-school purchases, such as clothing, school supplies and computers are exempt from sales tax during this time period. Students can now sell their used textbooks and return rentals at the S&T Store in the Havener Center. The schedule is:
- 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3, and Friday, May 4
- 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, May 7-11
Pre-order now for Apple’s one-day sale April 18

Faculty members can rent regalia for commencement through the S&T Store. Please place your order by Friday, April 27, at the store, by calling 341-4981, or email Mark Gallardo, bookstore manager, at gallardom@mst.edu. The regalia sets come with a gown, cap and tassel. Submit email orders to Gallardo with the following information: last name, first name, phone number, height in feet and inches, weight in pounds, and school information (name and location). Please note if you have your own hood.

Students can pick up personalized graduation announcements 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and get senior portraits taken for the yearbook 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Enter to win prizes, including a regalia set (cap, gown and tassel) or a diploma frame. Visit with staff from the registrar’s office and career opportunities and employer relations (COER).
