Spring textbook adoptions start soon
Spring 2015 textbook adoptions are due Friday, Oct. 31, to the S&T Bookstore. Early textbook adoptions help the store secure more used books, pay more cash to students during buyback and ensure it is fully stocked prior to the start of class. For more information, contact David Wilson, 341-7523.

Healthy for Life has formed a partnership with the S&T Bookstore that will make it easier to purchase Fitbit pedometers. Participating in the Million Step Pedometer Program can earn faculty, staff and their family great prizes–including a rebate for a Fitbit zip or flex device purchased from the bookstore. Through the S&T Bookstore, the Fitbit Zip is $45. The Flex is $80.

The Missouri tax holiday is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The S&T Bookstore will be open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, and noon-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. You can also shop online to save.

The Missouri S&T Bookstore has textbooks available for early bird reservation. Sign up online to get a first chance at used and rental books. The bookstore will pull your class schedule and box up your books for pickup. There is no obligation to buy all the books pulled, and reservations close Aug. 8.

Spring textbook rentals are due back to the S&T Bookstore no later than 6 p.m. Friday, May 16. Avoid unreturned textbook rental charges by returning your rentals.

Stop by the Missouri S&T Bookstore to sell back your textbooks. Receive a minimum $5 for each qualifying textbook. The sell back started Monday, May 5, and continues for two weeks. While there, enter a contest to win daily prizes.
