Dr. Donald C. Wunsch, the Mary K. Finley Missouri Distinguished Professor of electrical and computer engineering at Missouri S&T, delivered the keynote address at the Extreme Learning Machines Conference held in Singapore on Wednesday, Dec. 12. Wunsch’s address was titled “Blurring the Distinction Between Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.”
