In an effort to acknowledge the contributions made by all those who helped make the Fall 2023 Career Fair a resounding success, the Office of Career Opportunities and Employer Relations, in partnership with the Student Council, has announced that they will be hosting a free outdoor movie night.

We invite all of the S&T community to come out to this year’s Haunted Mine from 6-11 p.m. on Oct. 20-21, 27-28, and Oct. 31, located at 12350 Private Drive 7002, Rolla, Mo. 65401. an event that is hosted by the students of the Mining Department.

Join the captivating craftsmanship of MSE’s own glass artist, Jackson Hawkins. The hot glass demonstration, I’NFERNO, will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, located in Room G3, Fulton Hall.

Marsia Geldert-Murphey, who earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from S&T in 1997, will return to her alma mater Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. for a presentation titled “Engineering our Future” in Room 125 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall and via Zoom.
