Innovation in Education Faculty Grant Program

The new Innovation in Education Faculty Grant Program, starting in in the fall 2016 semester, will provide $1,000-$5,000 grants to instructors to integrate experiential learning for undergraduate curriculum in the following focus areas: entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, design thinking and/or leadership. The grants are funded through an Innovation Team award and will be administered through CERTI.

Local children can join S&T students in ‘Alice in Wonderland’ production

Area children are invited to join the Ballet and Dance Club in its upcoming production of “Alice in Wonderland” in February. Young dancers can attend a dance camp on Saturday, Jan. 30, to learn the opening dance. The camp will be held 1-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at The Dance Studio, 10409 State Highway BB in Rolla. The campus community is invited to the Miner Tank to see presenters sell their innovative ideas to the Missouri S&T Innovation Team 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.
