Read More »Stress-reduction meditation is offered on a drop-in basis with no pre-registration needed 12:15-12:45 p.m. every Wednesday in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. Classes meet every week university classes are in session during the fall and spring. No classes are held during finals weeks or in the summer. Participants will generally be led through stress-reducing breathing techniques for 30 minutes. Join in and stay for a question-and-answer session afterwards 12:45-1 p.m. No experience is needed and the class is free.
