Oerther selected for Peace Corps virtual service program
Dr. Daniel B. Oerther, professor of environmental engineering, was selected to participate in the Peace Corps Virtual Service Pilot. From September 2026 through February 2027, he will work with Occidental Mindoro State University in San Jose, Philippines, supporting disaster risk reduction and management planning through an online collaboration program.
