Faculty and staff are invited to unwind and rejuvenate with free yoga sessions offered by student well-being. These classes are open to all levels of experience and fitness and will be led by a certified yoga instructor.
Sessions will take place 4:45-5:30 p.m. in the aerobics room in Gale Bullman on the following dates, all on Wednesdays: Oct. 16, Nov. 20 and Dec. 18. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
