Reserve campus spaces online

Are you planning an event or meeting on campus? From meeting rooms to banquet rooms, from classrooms to outdoor spaces, it’s easy for faculty and staff to reserve event space using the reservation form at events.mst.edu/reserve/qualtrics.
Reservation requests will not be accepted by phone or email. The events and hospitality management team requires at least two full business days for all requests or changes to a current request. Please review scheduling policies at events.mst.edu/policies as they have changed.
All events with food or beverages held in the Havener Center or Innovation Lab are required to use Missouri S&T catering services. Outside food or catering services are prohibited in the Havener Center or Innovation Lab.
