Gen. Ballard to discuss leadership, personal responsibility

Lt. Gen. Joe N. Ballard will discuss the importance of personal responsibility and leadership in a presentation from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, in Room 199 Toomey Hall. Ballard is the 1998 Black Engineer of the Year, a Missouri S&T alumnus, and retired chief of engineers and commander of U.S. Army Training and Doctrine.
