            <description><![CDATA[It's almost time for the annual mailing of W2s. Please make sure the mailing address that is printed in the top left- hand corner of your paycheck stub is current. If this is not your current mailing address, change it online at myHR: <a href="http://myhr.umsystem.edu/psp/prd/?cmd=login&amp;errorCode=106&amp;languageCd=ENG">myhr.umsystem.edu/psp/prd/?cmd=login&amp;errorCode=106&amp;languageCd=ENG</a>, or complete a change of address form and mail it directly to human resource services at Room 113 Centennial Hall, no later than Dec. 19.             <description>Zhi Liang, a doctoral student from Shanghai, China, won second place in the Hewlett Packard Graduate Student Best Paper Competition at the 2008 ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition in Boston. Other awardees were from MIT, Purdue and Universidad del Norte. Liang is studying with Dr. Hai-Lung Tsai.  </description>

Normal service hours of 8 a.m.-midnight will resume on Saturday, Nov. 29. </description>

The competition, sponsored by the St. Louis section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, involves students using tools to identify electronic circuitry inside a closed box without looking inside.&nbsp; ]]></description>
