The IT Help Desk and walk-in center will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. during spring break, March 27-31. The IT Help Desk phone service will be available during normal business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. during the break. For assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk at 573-341-4357 (HELP) or submit an online ticket.
The Miner Card ID office will be closed during spring break, from Monday, March 27, to Friday, March 31. The office will re-open Monday, April 3.
University Police is a proud supporter of the Special Olympics Missouri. As a fundraiser, the police department is selling 2017 Special Olympics torch run T-shirts. The shirts cost $15 for short-sleeve shirts, sizes medium and large for youth and ranging from small to 2XL for adults. Short-sleeve shirts for sizes 3XL to 6XL cost $20. Long-sleeve shirts, ranging in adult sizes from small to 2X, cost $20. To purchase a shirt, please contact University Police Lt. Oscar Kemp by email or call 341-4300. Cash and checks only will be accepted. Make checks payable to SOMO (Special Olympics Missouri).
Nominations are being accepted for the 2017 Woman of the Year Award. This annual award recognizes female, full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty who serve as valuable role models for female students at Missouri S&T. Recipients contribute to the university through their research, scholarship, teaching and service. For more information and to submit a nomination, please visit mst.edu/WOY. Do you know an employee who deserves recognition for fostering the inclusion, development and advancement of women on campus? The Dr. Elizabeth Cummins Women’s Advocate Award has been created to honor an S&T employee, regardless of gender or job title, who demonstrates commitment to women on campus through mentorship and advocacy.
