Join an eight-week program to get tools for using formal mindfulness techniques, such as meditation, yoga and body scan, to respond to stress. An orientation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 22. Classes will be held from Wednesday, March 1, through Wednesday, April 26. Classes will not be held Wednesday, March 29. A retreat is planned Saturday, April 15.
The program costs $40 for faculty, staff and retirees, which covers you and your spouse or partner. Participants who attend at least seven of eight classes will receive a $20 rebate.
