Miner Days are now Discover Days

Admissions has changed the name of Miner Days to Discover Days. The department is using the new name on all recruitment materials and communications. There is no change to the name of Open House. Discover Days are “mini-open houses” held approximately 20 times per year that accommodate 45-60 prospective students and guests. Discover Days offer prospective students presentations on admissions, student life, scholarships and financial aid, and include a panel discussion with current students, tours of campus and residential life, and visits to academic departments. Admissions appreciates the engagement of the entire campus, including faculty, staff and current students, in all recruitment activities.
