Six Missouri S&T student PRO leaders from the office of new student programs presented on the opening week Project X and missions at the National Orientation Directors Association (NODA) conference on Oct. 28 in Dallas, Texas. Suzi Schroer, a senior in nuclear engineering; Ashley Guise, a senior in architectural engineering; Kyle Marlay, a junior in architectural engineering; Rebecca Russell, a junior in architectural engineering; and Danielle Warchol, a sophomore in biological sciences presented two workshops focused on Missouri S&T’s opening week orientation programs and Project X. Project X is a design project all new students participate in to help with a smooth transition to college life.
