Mileage reimbursement rate to change

The University of Missouri will increase its mileage reimbursement rate for operating a personal vehicle for business purposes from 48.5 cents per mile to 50.5 cents per mile on Jan. 1, 2008. The change will be effective for business travel that takes place on or after Jan. 1. In addition, the rate for moving mileage will be 19 cents per mile, a decrease from the 20 cents per mile rate that was in effect during 2007.
