Use online work order system for physical facilities requests

Physical Facilities requests that you use the online work order system for all work order or estimate requests. In case of emergency, call 341-4252 or 341-4035. Just go to the Physical Facilities website and click on "Work Order System" and follow the instructions. This system will provide all the information to us to ensure a speedy turn around of your request and free up our telephone operator. And remember, if the departments is paying for the work, we must have your MO Code and PS account number before we can proceed.
