Make sure your mailing address is correct

As the university prepares to begin the annual mailing of W2s, please make sure that the mailing address -- which is printed in the top left hand corner of your paycheck stub -- is current. If this is not your current mailing address, you must complete a change of address form and mail it directly to Human Resource Services at 113 University Center, no later than Dec. 19. This form is available online.
