The Miners got into the win column for Homecoming Saturday, as freshman quarterback Steve Watson threw five touchdown passes -- three to Ashton Gronewold -- and Jerome Miller ran for a career-high 137 yards to lead UMR to a 44-28 win over Central State at Allgood-Bailey Stadium.
