Constitution Day will be observed with a public recitation of the preamble to the U.S. Constitution at noon on Monday, Sept. 17, in St. Pat's Ballroom C of the Havener Center. Events will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dr. James Giglio will present "What we can learn from JFK" at 12:15 p.m. The Constitution was signed Sept. 17, 1787, and ratified June 21, 1788.
